Formula
Total days is the difference in absolute day count. Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays but not public holidays, which vary by country.

No. Only Saturdays and Sundays are removed. Public holidays differ by country and region, so subtract any that fall in the range yourself.
Months vary between 28 and 31 days, so a calendar breakdown into months and days is not the same as dividing the total by 30. The calculator counts calendar months properly.
