Agreement
By using PDFtoLinks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They apply to pdftolinks.com and to our bill checker at billcheck.pdftolinks.com.
The service
PDFtoLinks provides free browser-based tools: a PDF hyperlink extractor, a set of online calculators, and an electricity bill lookup. No account is required and no fee is charged.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
Results are estimates, not advice
This is the most important term here. The calculators are provided for general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, medical, legal or academic advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Financial calculators produce estimates. Real loan, mortgage and investment figures depend on fees, taxes, compounding conventions and terms specific to your lender. Always confirm with the institution before making a decision.
- Health calculators use recognised population-level formulas. They are screening indicators, not diagnoses, and cannot account for your individual circumstances. Consult a clinician about anything concerning your health.
- Bill lookups display data retrieved from the official PITC platform. We do not generate, verify or control that data. The bill issued by your distribution company is the authoritative record.
We work hard on correctness and will fix reported errors promptly, but we make no warranty that any result is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to look up records you are not entitled to;
- attempt automated or bulk access, scrape the site, or place unreasonable load on it or on any third-party service it queries;
- attempt to interfere with, probe or circumvent the security of the site;
- reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the site’s content as your own.
Your files and data
You retain all rights to any document you open with our tools. Because PDF processing happens entirely in your browser, we never receive your files and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to process any document you use, and for the reference numbers you enter into the bill checker.
Third-party services
The bill checker retrieves data from the official PITC billing platform. We are not affiliated with PITC, WAPDA, any electricity distribution company, or any bank or government body. Names and trademarks are used only to identify the service being looked up. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
The site uses Google Analytics and displays advertising supplied by third parties. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and original content belong to PDFtoLinks. You may use the tools and share results freely. You may not copy the site’s content wholesale or present it as your own.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site — including decisions taken in reliance on any result it produces.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what is and is not collected, and forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last substantive change, and continued use afterwards indicates acceptance.
