What to write about

A calculator gave a result I think is wrong

Please tell us which calculator, the exact values you entered, and the answer you expected. Correctness is the whole point of these tools, so we take this seriously and will fix genuine errors quickly.

A PDF did not work

Let us know roughly how the file was produced if you can — password-protected PDFs are not supported, and some documents store links in unusual ways. Please do not email the document itself; a description is enough to start.

Privacy questions

See our Privacy Policy first, which covers what is and is not collected. If it does not answer your question, write to us at the address above.

What we cannot help with

We are not affiliated with any bank, utility, government body or educational institution. We cannot access, change or explain your personal accounts, bills or records. For anything of that kind, please contact the organisation directly.
